All processing happens client-side (in your browser):

• Your business and client information is used only to generate the PDF preview and downloadable document
• Uploaded logos are processed locally and are not stored anywhere
• Generated PDFs are created in your browser and downloaded directly to your device
• No data is transmitted to our servers or any third parties

Data Storage

FreeBillPDF does not use:

• Databases or server-side storage
• User accounts or authentication
• Cloud storage services
• Analytics that track personal information

When you close or refresh the page, all entered data is cleared from memory. We recommend saving your generated PDFs locally if you need to keep records.

Cookies

FreeBillPDF does not use cookies to track you or store personal information. We may use essential cookies only for basic website functionality.

Third-Party Services

FreeBillPDF uses the following third-party resources:

• Google Fonts - for typography (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
• jsPDF Library - for PDF generation (runs entirely in your browser)

These services do not have access to any data you enter in the application.
